We know it can feel like a big step to reach out to a therapist, but we make it as easy as possible. After you contact us, we’ll connect you with a therapist and then you’ll have the opportunity to spend 20 minutes on the phone to learn if working together feels like a good fit. Filling out this form starts the conversation rolling, and deepens your movement towards yourself. 

Insurance and Fees:

We are an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. 

Our focus is on providing you with quality integrative care beyond the scope of insurance requirements. However, we are very happy to provide you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Our fee is $150 per 50-minute session, with some sliding scale options available. We work with clients until the client and therapist agree that they are complete for the moment.
