We know it can feel like a big step to call a therapist, but we make it easy. We’ll match you with a therapist, and you’ll spend 20 minutes on the phone to learn if working together is a good fit. Filling out this form starts the conversation and starts your movement towards yourself. 

Insurance and Fees:

We are an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. 

Our focus is on providing you with quality, eco-centric care and supportive outcomes beyond the scope of insurance requirements. However, we are very happy to provide you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Our fee is $150 per 50-minute session, with some sliding scale options available. We see clients weekly until the client and therapist agree they’re complete for now.
